Seasonal Camping Information
CAMPING SEASON IS FROM MAY 1ST TO OCT 1ST.
COST IS $3050.00 PLUS ELECTRIC
SEASONAL REGISTRATION IS DUE BY APRIL 1, 2024
WINTER STORAGE, Your trailer may be left onsite throughout the off-season, with your paid non-refundable deposit.
CABLE TELEVISION HOOK-UP ON ALL SEASONAL SITES FREE OF CHARGE.
ORGANIZED ACTIVITIES POTLUCKS-OUTINGS please watch for fliers with upcoming events, many may require pre-registration.
ON-SITE PUMP OUT SERVICE (FEE) Sign up in the office. Pump outs are done on SUNDAY & WEDNESDAY, Cut off time to sign up is 2:00 pm. EMERGENCY PUMP OUTS WILL BE CHARGED $50.00.
10 FREE GUEST NIGHTS ON YOUR SITE. They must be in a tent or in your trailer. All other guests not using free nights will be charged $10.00 per adult to stay on your site. It is your responsibility to make sure that all your guests are registered and have car passes. Please keep in mind that the free nights are set up with your family in mind. Please encourage others to rent their own site. In excess of 10 overnight guests will incur a $10.00 nightly charge per adult guest.

CAR PASSES & GATE CODE: EACH SEASONAL SITE WILL BE ISSUED 2 REGULAR NUMBERED CAR PASSES ONLY. IF YOU DRIVE A SEPARATE VEHICLE YOU MUST STOP FOR A TEMPORARY PASS FOR THE DURATION THAT THE EXTRA VEHICLE WILL BE ENTERING THE PARK. Each site will have a key card for gate entrance, anyone found abusing their gate code by letting unregistered persons in the park will lose their gate code which will cause you to ask for entrance each time you enter the park!
GOLF CARTS ARE FOR ADULT USE ONLY. A DRIVERS LICENSE IS REQUIRED TO OPERATE ANY VEHICLE TYPE ON HIDEAWAY PROPERTY. NO DRIVING OF UNLIGHTED CARTS AFTER DARK. CARTS ARE A PRIVILEGE PLEASE DO NOT ABUSE, if found violating this rule you will be asked to remove your cart from the Hideaway premises for a determined amount of time.
DAILY VISITORS ARE FREE FOR SEASONAL GUESTS BUT, Guests must stop and register vehicles and obtain car passes in the office. All visitors not signed in for the night must exit the park before 9:00 pm. Parking in the parking lot and walking in is prohibited.(only for signed in guests)
SITE APPEARANCE is your responsibility to keep your site clean at all times please. There is lawn equipment available please inquire in office. We do the main mowing but trimming around your items is your responsibility.
DUMPSTERS FOR LARGE BAGS OF TRASH. NO LARGE ITEMS i.e. refrigerators, furniture, grills, IF YOU ARE FOUND DUMPING THESE ITEMS YOU WILL BE CHARGED a $200.00 FINE.
3 SEASONAL SHOWERS WITH PERSONAL KEY (Please leave them clean & locked)

PETS ARE ALLOWED but MUST be on a leash at all times or inside. Please clean up after them and never leave them outside alone or at the park alone. LEASH LEASH LEASH LEASH LEASH. THIS IS OUR BIGGEST PROBLEM; HELP US KEEP OUR PARK DOG FRIENDLY.
BARKING DOGS ARE NEVER WELCOME, THEY ARE EXTREMELY DISRUPTIVE, PLEASE KEEP THEM AT HOME!
RECREATIONAL EQUIPMENT IS AVAILABLE IN THE OFFICE. Horseshoes, badminton, basketball, volleyball. We also have board games and free VCR movie rentals.
CHILDREN MUST BE ON SITE AT DUSK. ABSOLUTELY NO BIKES AFTER DARK.
POOL HOURS, OPEN 10 AM TO 10 PM/CHILDREN UNDER 14 YRS. MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A PARENT (18 OR OLDER)
CAMPFIRES ARE ALLOWED WHEN UNDER CONTROL AND IN FIRERING. ALL FIRES MUST BE OUT FROM 1:00 A.M. TO 7:30 A.M.
ELECTRICAL USE: personal meters, will be read May 1st and Oct. 1st.a 100.00 deposit is required or a valid credit card on file.
(Please note there is a $1.00 per day late charge on electric bills.
SEASONAL CONTRACTS AND NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT ARE DUE ON OR BEFORE SEPTEMBER 15st.
DUE DATE FOR THE REMAINING BALANCE IS ON OR BEFORE APRIL 1ST. WITHOUT PENALTY, AFTER APRIL 1ST. A $50.00 LATE FEE WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE ASSESSED TO YOUR ACCOUNT WITH A $5.00 PER DAY LATE FEE TO BE ASSESSED UNTIL YOUR ACCOUNT IS CURRENT.
PAYMENT PLANS If you would like to set up a payment plan through the winter/summer months please contact Laurie at the office. Many find this easier than the whole lump sum at one time.
NO SUBLETTING OF YOUR SITE. You must be here with your guests.
NO DOUBLE-FAMILY OCCUPANCY IS ALLOWED.
SELLING YOUR TRAILER? REMEMBER YOU ARE NOT SELLING THE SITE. Please do not post for sale signs on your trailer while it is on the site; it confuses the potential buyer (Someone may have their name on your site waiting list.)
Please be aware that if we do not receive payments and contracts on time we will assume you will not need your site for the upcoming season and it will be offered to the next family on the list. There are removal fees, clean-up fees etc. So please be sure to be in contact with the office so that arrangements can be made for the removal of your trailer on time.
